The Prose Pros

 The Prose Pros

We help public intellectuals become even more public.

You’re a scientist, doctor, activist or academic with an important story to tell. We are experienced journalists who show clients how to bring their ideas to the broadest possible audience. In one-on-one coaching sessions, we take you through the process of shaping a story and pitching it to editors.

We guide clients through creative and practical challenges:
— Crafting an opinion piece for the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Atlantic, or a similar outlet.
—Creating a book proposal for a major publisher
— Finding an agent
— Pitching a podcast series
— Publishing a personal essay that amplifies a message
— Shaping ideas in order to attract TV or film producers
